I have also just found the information about buying bulk dry items from Provident Living Home Storage Center (part of LDS church) at 235 El Dorado Circle in Mesa. Their prices are incredible and you don't have to be Morman. You can call them for an appointment at 480-214-9114. Here is the the order sheet with prices.

One last note, Restaurant.com is again running their 80% off sale. That means that you can get a $25 gift certificate to a participating restaurant for only $2.00!!! I have used these many times now and it is wonderful!
